Return & Cancellation Policy

We want every piece from Crystal Dew to bring joy. To maintain hygiene and ensure the best service, we follow a strict but fair Return & Cancellation Policy:

❌ Cancellations

• Cancellations are allowed within 24 hours of placing the order.
• To cancel, email us at
• Prepaid Orders: Full refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
• COD Orders: No charges if canceled before dispatch.
• Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

• For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns.
• Exchanges are allowed only for damaged or defective items, under the following conditions:

Damage/exchange request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

A clear unpacking video is mandatory to validate the claim.

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused and intact.

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped.

No refunds, only product exchanges are provided in case of damage.
